Registration and Class Guidelines:

– Class Format: Classes are held online via ZOOM. Please create a Gmail account and install ZOOM beforehand.
– Registration Method: Register by email.

* Content: Please include your full name, gender, age, nationality, address, contact phone number, email address, referrer, and the class(date and title) you want to register for.
– After receiving your registration email, we will reply to confirm your successful registration. Only after receiving this confirmation email is your registration complete. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please register again.
– If more than one person attends using the same account, additional attendees will be considered auditors without participation or speaking rights. Account owner, please inform us of the number of auditors when registering.
– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made by email at least 24 hours before the class. The cancellation is effective upon receipt of your email at chensherbfood@gmail.com. We will reply to confirm the cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class or after the class will be considered as no cancellation. Failure to attend without cancellation or to attend on time will result in revocation of eligibility for future classes.
– When confirming your registration upon successful registration, we will provide instructions on how to attend classes online and relevant information. Please pay attention to these messages.
– Recording audio or video of the class is prohibited. Violators will bear legal responsibility.
– The organizers and instructors will record audio and video of the online sessions. By registering or attending the classes, you agree to this recording. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
